Yep, I agree. Maybe he should be forced to work and have 90% of his wages garnished. I don't know. Jail time certainly wouldn't solve the problem.

I did think it was refreshing for the burden not to be on the woman for a change. And we definitely are not talking about a family situation here . At 34 - having sired 9 children with four different women, this fellow is just a hit and run driver

I don't have the answer to the problem - taking away the right to procreate on the surface sounds extreme. Cut off his piruli, that'll learn him ! Men driving women and children into poverty because they either wont pay or can't is not acceptable. Nor is it acceptable for him to go into his annual rut and expect we, the tax payer, to pick up the bill for his spawn. Nah.. just install a Latin American president and NO one will have to pay... (g) Hey, Gloop, prestame un poco de dinero no ? In Latin American population census, the question: "How many children do you have ?" Is answered by asking... "In what part of the country do you mean ?"
