FWIW, Got a signed copy at the Robbie Stephens conf a couple of years ago. But the question was, "Have you read it?" I still am not sure whether Mike insulted or complimented me, but I've always been a little dense. : ) Depends if he put a smiley face to it.....:) Harry

Just drop in a few Gorilla buzzwords, like value chain or barrier to entry, and he'll stop harassing you. Late adopters are grumpy by nature since they know they are missing something but can't figure out what it might be ;-). uf
