Agree that this is a significant step in the right direction. I would expect that this move will increase the speed at which RSD production will move to outsourcing rather than inhouse production.

While his background appears extensive, some of the Companies he has worked for though do raise a flag or two in my mind. However, I'll reserve any judgement for awhile.

Rob,

I couldn't agree more. Not only for RR to turn over the reigns of day-to-day operations but it will allow him to focus and utilize his strengths. I'm sure his time was getting spread quite thin. Sydnes background seems to be a good fit.
