Earlie I agree with everything you say, bur I think there will be a long consolidation after the next dip before the next dip. Tax cuts and all out desperation will make earnings and outlook seem better then they are. I am looking for a double dip, where the economy rebounds tepidly before really getting slammed. Look at Reits at all time high's, consumer still spending. We will get an injection with the tax cuts.
