Rose, Well for starters it ain't green and leafy. <G> But we became vegetarian because of Clappys health. He can't eat any kind of animal protein, or some beans for that matter, his body doesn't process the purine that animal protein breaks down into, and so it causes some health problems. At first we were very strict because we had to be, but now its been about seven months so we will occassionally have chicken or fish even had a burger or two. But we are vegetarian and just about fat free during the week but if there is a family gathering or holiday then we do as the Romans do. drea
