CSL: no restructuring if RWC buys MobileOne 2001-07-05 10:32 (Infocast News) Hubert Ng, Chief Executive Officer of CSL, said that if Regional Wirelesss Company (RWC) buys the controlling stakes in MobileOne (M1), there will be no need for M1 to undergo restructuring because RWC will retain the independence of operation of each brand. However, he reiterated that whether to acquire M1 was up to the decision of RWC, and that as a CEO of CSL, a subsidiary of RWC, he was not engaged in the decision making of RWC's acquisitions.
