Hi Paul

Q4 for Northwood would be nice! If it doesn't make it until Q1, would the issue be 0.13 Fab capacity, or having a production ready stepping?

Thanks,

andy

>One estimate I saw of the Northwood Die Size was 140 sq. mm. - but I haven't yet been able to verify this number.<

The 140mm2 die size is from AMD. I would be very surprised if Northwood is larger than 135mm2, even with a 512KB L2 cache. A more likely size would be about 130mm2, assuming 512KB L2 cache. Estimates have been as low as 116mm2 for a Northwood with 256KB L2 cache.
