13:00 ET Dow +160, Nasdaq +82, S&P +21.01: [BRIEFING.COM] Indices are just shy of their best
levels for the day as the bulls have been in complete control of the market since the opening bell... As
disconcerting as the Argentine situation is, it may actually be acting as a positive for the market today as
"worldly" investors seek shelter in the relative safety of the stock and bond markets in the U.S.... Their
willingness to do so has been helped by the slate of positive earnings news since yesterday's close and
an understanding that the U.S. will be the leader in a global economic rebound... The buying interest has
been concentrated in the beaten-down technology sector where semiconductor, software, PC and
telecom equipment stocks are today's winning standouts... DJTA +1.9%... SOX +6.8%... Nasdaq 100
+5.2%... S&P Midcap 400 +1.6%... Russell 2000 +2.1%... NYSE Adv/Dec 1809/1141... Nasdaq
Adv/Dec 2313/1111.
