Tony, Look back over the profit history of Bull and Honeywell Bull. They have lost literally billions of dollars, just like Phillips did also when they tried to be proprietary ni the PC world.
They are a French company that is badly run and enormously overmanned. They eke out an existence of government contracts at home and at former French colonies on whom the inflict their thud iron, thud iron is pre-made large craft anchorages.
