Actually, dr. b, I was being sarcastic in my own little way. I'm a professional meeting avoider.

I think what you're describing is what will have to happen anyway because collaboration quickly suffers from the law of diminishing returns as you add bodies. Too hard to keep focussed IMO.

However, I mentored under a Wharton MBA but I'm no management expert. I'll go along with CEO FLACK's wishes.
