It has been only last decade when improvements in automation gave birth to new religion: the less secure workers feel better they perform as it is easier to demand from the more and more. There is some similarity with the constant pressure on gold to erase its symbol of security, store of value of last resort. In the meantime they will feed whole generation with PROZAC, children with RITALIN, etc. just to keep them from reacting. Both those drugs should keep you calm, not caring too much about things going around you. Final solution is ready to implement too - like the dutch, if don't feel happy about the world you live in, they'll give you injection, you don't have to be terminally ill. For some philosophers life is an experience - I might say the biggest tragedies in human history were brought using this philosophy.
