I am not sure exactly what you are questioning but AMD sold the voice communications (Legerity) during 3Q00.

I think you are misreading this. the 2000 period included the additional 62 million, not 2001. So to compare the continuing business, the 62 million should be reduced from 2000 results, resulting in revenue decline of 16%, rather than 17% decline if the discontinued operations are counted for 2000.
