To be a trader or even an investor one should be able to trade in the prevailing trend until such trend or technical analysis (IMO) presents you with something different. To write here that the market is wrong and "you" and all of the slanted bears here on SI are right is probably the most amateurish attitude you can have. I understand that maybe you are short or that maybe you feel the market shouldn't go up, but please stop demonstrating your naivete about trading and say the market is wrong. It just cracks me up when I see all these postings from guys who are convinced the market is going to hell and that through the past year have discovered "shorting" as a way to make money. Thats great if you can make money shorting, which of course I do as well as going long. But if you want to give advice about "investing" and say the market is going down then state your case. As for "traders" I don't give a rats ass that you think the market is a joke or its not going the way you want it to. If you were a trader you wouldn't make comments like that. It just shows you're emotional, which we all are, but to be effective in this market you're gonna get killed if you act that way. But admit it, you got hammered today in some shorts and you're pissed the market went up. For me, I'm not going to begin to forecast what the market does and I'm not so arrogant to act like I know where it will go. But what I think really pisses off the bulls here is the arrogance of the bears in a most condescending way. I respect anyone here who can adapt to the market bullish or bearish, but to constantly day after day keep pushing the same ole agenda gets old , bullish or bearish. I hope I don't sound too harsh because its not my intention and you probably won't like what I said, but still, this attitude is prevalent on SI. I obviously feel there are some great posters here as well but man do I have to weed through the crap.
