I don't know if we are better than all of humanity but read the stuff your gang posts and think. This is a "you're one too" argument, but.... Go read rich4eagle. Proud of him? How about (getting closer to home) TigerPaw? Ever seen Don Juan De Marco's stuff? If you need more names, let me know. The fact is, the gaussian curve applies to the IQ of all large groups. the defense dept has already published a memo stating that if ABM testing violates the ABM treaty, do it. The treaty does contain a provision in it allowing either side to withdraw after giving notice. And are you aware that the Russians already have an ABM system around Moscow? Seems a bit hypocritical (or is that spelled "national interest") for them to oppose our building one. The Europeans? They've been out of the world-leader-global-power role for so long, they can't even remember it anymore. Even a minor squabble in their backyard has to be settled by us.
