<There is of course Japan still, but according to Maurice, it is cheap. >

I thought I thought that the Nikkei was reasonably priced, at P:E of 30 with interest rates at 1%, rather than cheap. I'm pressed to call anything over P:E 20 cheap. 10 is cheap. 15 is a good deal these days. 20 is about right. 30 is stretching a point. Of course, the individual growth rates and prospects have to be considered. In some cases, zero earnings is fine [if they will have $billions in 5 years]. 30 is fine if growth is rapid.

You sure do find some scary material, with all those previous posts.
