No offense meant, really.

Tax rebates gonna help zoom GDP up over 3% next quarter. And the economy collapsed under Clinton's watch. Asking OPEC to increase oil prices to help Russian economy. etc.

Baloney. Clinton caused the collapse (oil) to embarrass Bush.
