I understand exactly what you are trying to say and do. You are trying to portray MSFT in as bad a light as possible because a). You feel they are immoral and unethical. b). They are the competition to your livelihood. c). You invest in funds that play the short side of the market, therefore, you gain if MSFT's stock price and the market goes down.

Because you are so biased against MSFT, anytime you post using flawed logic of flawed accountancy lingo, it will be challenged. Since your use of terminology is not kosher, you inadvertently distort whatever your argument is about the content of your post. Most of the merits of your arguments are in reality arguments against GAAP and the investment community, not MSFT.
