With the addition of roughly 10M shares issued in the last four years I am sure the number of shareholders will exceed 300 once these newly issued shares start trading.
However, it is my opinion that once the company recovers and becomes profitable Bill will gladly step down and remain as a major shareholder and advisor. He will only be hurting himself as a major shareholder if he holds the company back. The last four years I am sure have worn him out. The problem up to now is that no one playing with a full deck would have taken his job, much less stock for pay. (I wonder how much a GRNO share would buy at the local Piggly Wiggly?) This will change once a deal or two is accomplished and the company is profitable. A second possible scenario could be a merger or buy out for the technology.

What we need now is a money in the bank done deal for a few plants and a profitable business model looking forward.

The significance of the final judgement is that the case is now closed and GOE is now open for business. The uncertainty of the out come of the SEC's allegations have now been removed. The fact is that not many bulletin board companies have survived an SEC investigation of this magnitude. GOE is making history!

All my humble opinion of course,
Bob
