Thanks for the very clear summary of the reasons for pessimism from the CC. I'm surprised no one has commented on your points. The one thought I do have on it is this: While the very clear signal Jerry gave that Q3 could be a loss may impact things negatively now (look at the stock price loss today!), it's probably the best strategy - if there's a loss in q3, well, then it's no surprise, and the impact may be further cushioned by our being that much closer to a time when 'solid profitability' is more than just "happy talk". If business conditions pick up and they surprise with a small profit, well, that's gravy given the low expectations. (Of course, if they have a *really* terrible quarter all of the company officers may need to go into the Witness Protection Program right after the CC in order to ensure their safety, especially if they sell stock by the boatload as they did this quarter ;-)
