A few minutes searching on EBAY is eye-opening as to the effect of the dotcom/telecom collapse on equipment pricing. CSCO, SUNW, etc. are being forced to compete with their own deeply discounted barely used equipment. There's seldom been a better "buyer's market" and this is why GX is in such an advantageous position when it comes to stretching future capex dollars.

Yes, the value orientated investor is salivating at the prospects . . . then again GX affords a similar opportunity with vastly superior risk charasteristics that the DOD just verified for us all.
