Eric. My view is that NOK is FUD king beating Qualcom by a factor of 10:1. I feel that, to some degree, both companies develop charts and capability projections based on their best hopes of what they can do. Unfortunately for Nokia and fortunately for Qualcomm, Nokia seems to have a great deal of trouble in performing up to the levels it projects in its public pronouncements and Qualcomm usually comes much closer. Nokia's failure to deliver on a timely basis has done great deal of economic damage to its customers and, because of this, there is a growing dissatisfacton with Nokia among those customers wanting to field sophisticated 3G networks. Increasingly, NOK's customers are looking elsewhere for solutions, at least until Nokia catches up.
