I agree with you that our accounting system is about as fair as any other I've seen. Still might be room for improvement but I have pretty good confidence in what they write.

I think skeeter just wants everyone to agree on a single digital yes/no or buy/sell rather than have to dig through a whole SEC filing to really understand what is happening.(just kidding skeeter)

Myself, I take some on faith but know the info is there. Companies like HP and MSFT are more conservative while the upstart internuts were not...

Did you tell skeeter that stock options are ALREADY authorized and count towards the EPS as shares? Not all did that but now they are required to report dilluted earnings. Also, great point about how options are actually a future source of cash flow for the companies...
