Zol, I expect nothing else from Dershowitz, The man is awash in words and legal mumbo jumbo. The guy has zero comprehension of technology and process engineering. The Supreme court decision was based on the simple premis that law required universal objective standards and for the election in question the only defined objective standard that would meet minimal process engineering requirements was using the machines to count.

One cannot over even month's put in place an objective standard to manually count dimples and such. Also the law is that you go with the rules of the day of the election.

Forever the sore losers will whine. But all have seen the absurdity of a political scientist, Al Gore's technical expert trying to make up the clogged chad story and Also Al's statistics expert create voter error theories with false data that was fed him by AL Gore.

I marvel that vacant liberal minds are so blind they can't see the black hole of no credibility that Al Gore led them into.
