Is DigRatDung a.k.a. Digrdug a Rat, or just Dung ? Multiple choices available, below. But first imagine if what he says become true, as follows. "I [Digrdug] believe [price of gold] will stay under $300 for years." If so, then 4sure this company will have no choice but to do a reverse split, a consolidation with a 20 minimum and most likely a one hundred to flush-out all current investors so that new money can enter as the only investments that will collect any return. This will allow Golden Eagle to continue and to continue paying current management paychecks in what will be a hiring market for mining professionals of near zero employment. Golden Eagle will continue with the same management, and most likely a new name and trading symbol, along with flush out old investors and replace with new folks. This assumes that Golden Eagle's management team has the necessary amount of facts & figures to convince new investments to enter using as a revenue machine the same Bolivia mining claims. Would this qualify as DigRatDung obtaining realization of this company doing that Burn & Crash? Nope. Would it lessen the lawsuit's ability to be applied fully? Nope, as it would be even increased in need to convince those potential new investors that the dirt is good dirt, a.k.a. able to be mined for gold and make a good revenue stream once the price of gold increases. So either way, price of gold goes up/down/neither, DigRatDung's future will happen counter to his wishes, including no Bolivia mining job as reward to tank MYNG, along with lawsuit to take away his available cash and future paychecks to pay for damages and his and other side legal expenses. [what DigRatDung's] agenda is... First, if he is shorting this company... and will not cover his shorts at this 5 cent share price, then he is a total fool... DigRatDung could be a simple lier and is being payed to bash this company for other shorts... [with a ] twist [he] actually fullfilled the job... DigRatDung decided to show those shorters that he is aGreatBasher so he continued on doing the same... thinking that he will take MYNG to a zero... ... best bet is that his future employment as another officer of a mining company depends of some agreement he has with folks in Bolivia... and told DigRatDung that if he can crash this company... then a reward of a mining job will be given to him[DigRatDung]... ... DigRatDung will lie to obtain this, all replies he makes have to be consided false or misleading. dougak
