FWIW, 144s are almost always filed after the fact IMO. Absolutely no reason to file them before the sale unless the intent is to manipulate the price of the stock. Plenty of reason not to file 144s before the sale. It could potentially drive the price of the stock down prior to the sale (e.g., M. Dell recently sold millions of DELL and reported sales after the fact for obvious reasons).
