Every day, before I talk about stocks and before I take any action on stocks, I will repeat a few times the Pirah question , "Can I convincingly defend this position?" There's a related question. "Can I convincingly attack this position?" That should be tried also.

Old Earlie is a bit passionate at times, but his comments are based on a fair bit of experience and intense research. He has been an independent tech analyst for close to two decades. The key word being independent, which means that he can and does "call 'em the way he sees 'em. And if you check the record, you will find that he has kicked a fair number of New York analytical fannies over the years by being "early" in spotting the problems. (g)
