Hi Iman,

<<TA is right up to the point it is wrong
and they threw bottles at me.>>

TA is the application of probs and stats to patterns. Since there can be no right or wrong, they'll keep throwing bottles because by your refusal to understand that very basic and necessary fact you just create noise. You pet a cat that purrs (continue the interaction) you throw bottles at one that yowls (discourage the action). By this I mean that it is very hard to have a discussion with someone who says "I will ignore commonly accepted definitions and understandings; make up my own to suit my agenda, and not tell you what they are".

I still don't see what you are trying to get across. In your parable, the only point I could see was that if you're in the casino and red comes up three times, bet on red. Unless your saying that if the market is between support and resistance and going up then buy because it will keep going up. I'd be interested in your reasoning. All i saw was that everyone who bought at the top lost money. Just remember "as a gambler" that the house always makes money.

Best,
Steve

Edit [PS I am not at all complaining. The back and forth afterwards had some of the funniest posts, I've seen in a long time. But the post I see seemed to be just a tad of a whine]
