One needs to be familiar with JagNotes (BTW, this is one of WS brokers' most favorite reading materials) to know the general timeframe implied.

I would take it with a grain of salt with any price forecast.

My WAG is this rally will sputter out prior to Nokia's earnings report Thursday, then we'll be wacked along with the rest of the Wireless Telecom sector if they report bad numbers with a gloomy out look for next quarter. Reading between the lines in Motorola's report, the GSM market in Europe is fading fast.
