<<In 25+ years of owning an art gallery, June was my largest grossing month ever, by perhaps 50%.>>

Congratulations abstract!!

I'm supposed to meet my brother for dinner...not sure where we are going yet. He is taking off for Ecuador soon and we have to catch up on things.

I might be able to stop over towards the end of your BBQ...PM me with your contact info. or directions.

Thanks again for the invite...We really will have to have a Chicago BBQ party for some of Voltaire's Porchers sometime...Yet, my hunch is that we might have to plan a little further in advance <G>. It would be great to dine with you, dealer, Voltaire, RR, dalin, Jill, Venkie and the whole crew...=)

I'm off to a meeting downtown....talk to you soon.

Best Regards,

Scott

abster-

it's not a reflection on the economy...
it's yer looks. when artists die their
work becomes more valuable. the increase
in sales for june is a bad sign. are you
looking pale?

i predict you've bought too much food
for the barbecue. freeze the leftovers
and bring them down here. i have a plan.

The "obnoxiousness of wealth."

I often wonder where all the money comes from, Abstract.

You may recall that I sometimes reference that thought with regard to what I see out in the resort areas of Colorado. Construction everywhere. Huge realty prices. No sign of letting up. Then I think, I wonder how may of those folks are really just in debt up to their eyeballs. Ah, trying to keep up with the "Jones." The obnoxiousness of wealth.

Hey, glad your business is doing great! Super!

Sorry, I missed your party there Big Guy!

Have a great weekend!
