Louis: Sorry, I made the mistake of not ready completely your post. I just pulled up my own chart and assumed you were talking about the same formation.

Actually, I prefer to start a rising wedge from the trend. So, that's why I do not have your formation on my chart. However there is a intraday rising wedge formation not seen on the chart I posted originating from the 7/11 low. It is a rising wedge when viewed in the 65 and 130 minute time intervals. When viewed in shorter intervals in QCharts it looks more like a rising channel. One that steep is a clear signal a pullback will likely result from the test of resistance in play today.
