Most companies which either completed or tried a warrant jack did not survive it very well. Gravity rules:

Kushner Locke:
Extremely nice, IPO backdoor + warrant jack combined. How to turn a $20 stock into a 9c wallpaper.

Bluefly: Well done, after all and $20 under $1. Pivot rules!

Ariad: Impressive run, now close to penny stock status. Survived but...

Bioshield warrants called but it could not save the company.

The Vialink...at $1, no one would call a warrant a warrant.

Euroweb: Wooho, we had 2 warrants, and a load of other ones. 80cents, try again, EWEB or you get the boot!

And there were:

SourceMedia, it tried hard but in the end, it failed. 6 cents.

1-800-Ifly, we didn't even try (seriously)...90cents.

Microvision appears to be the exception, somehow.

How does MGAM fit into this picture?
