Condit must have spent many hours preparing for the test. If you are asked the same questions over and over for hours you can effectively defeat the test.

No doubt Condit was prepared and coached well before the test. The test therefore means nothing.

Noticed the anger today, and thought the same thing...for someone who is supposed to be "media savey", one has to wonder....But then, with some of the clients he has had, it's no wonder his teeth are on edge....

Abbe Lowell '77 was mentioned in an article titled "Fund-Raisers Are Summoned in Torricelli Campaign Inquiry." Mr. Lowell is New Jersey Senator Robert Torricelli's lawyer, as well as the former House minority judiciary committee counsel during the Clinton impeachment hearings. 39. Abbe Lowell
Manatt Phelps
Accused of dipping into the public till? Caught in an FBI sting? Lowell, 44, defend everyone from indicted mayors to disgraced congressmen. Among those who have sought Lowell’s representation are former House Speaker Jim Wright and former Ways and Means Committee chairman Dan Rostenkowski. Rosty dumped Lowell before deciding to plead guilty, which may not have been such a good move—Lowell has won eight of his last nine jury trials.

During the last election, New Jersey senatorial candidate Robert Torricelli used Lowell to deflect allegations of wrongdoing by his opponents. Torricelli won.

The media-savvy Lowell pops up on WTEMradio as “the official lawyer of the Tony Kornheiser Show.”
