I think he is still working on the comparison of Bill's lies being the same as GWB not volunteering info about a 20 plus year old misdemeanor. Doesn't seem to have a very good grip on reality.

Jeez, Watson said that Bush had not told a lie, he had "avoided telling a lie" by not telling the whole truth.
