Man, you could be out for a walk in the middle of the the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and find the only pile in miles to step in.

IMO, Condit is in CYA mode trying to protect his career which, also IMO, is over. Whether he did the girl in or not remains to be seen.

Actually, the most reliably gathered stats I have seen suggest that adultery occurs in fewer than one quarter of all marriages.....

But I'll bet murder happens in a lot fewer than that, unless you want to count the heart attacks brought on by decades and decades of nagging....LOL

Five of us at work were discussing this over lunch yesterday. Three of us were lawyers. Three (only one of the lawyers and both of the women in the group) thought that Condit had killed her. I was the only one who thought she might still be alive, and afraid to come forward due to the media circus.

I agree with you completely.

I don't support adultry, but i prefer not to judge how other people live their lives....its easy to condemn others without experiencing their lives....and no, adultry is not murder ! We're moving towards a world where politics is slowly being dissociated with personal lives. Reminds me of all those Maharajas (of yesterday) and Sheiks (of today) with their harems....but it may the only way to go, since more and more it is becoming evident that perfect politicians do not exist....and information age makes it easier for media to catch and highlight character flaws now than it was a decade ago...

Did he kill her ? No! He may have got her killed though ! And my guess is it would not be within US.

Gary Con-did-it ! BWDIK ?
