You make a reasonable point about adultery, but I don't suspect all who stray to the cheatin' side of town impede a possible homicide investigation and tamper with witnesses in that investigation... this specimen has done just that.. so far, the net is beginning to tighten around him and he will eventually be nailed... I agree with Carolyn that the police don't name him as a suspect quite yet since they do not want to prejudice the case and blow it.....
