Yes..... There was an earlier post I made on Orin Hatches' subcommittee report and a fine report it was...you should have checked my earlier comments. One tiny, tiny, itty bitty problem. The Supreme Court has the Constitutional Authority to interpret the Constitution. Orin Hatch's subcommittee has no authority under the Constitution to interpret the 2nd. He may have the right to interpret the Constitution, but he has no authority. You might check that in your copy of the Constitution. jttmab
