Yes, he is innocent until proven guilty, that's what we're suppose to do, unfortunently if the cops start sniffing around you, we automatically assume that you had something to do with the crime.....we rant and rave about how little the cops are doing to fry you and then.....when the trail leads to another, we want to fry the cops for making such a stupid mistake.....we knew all along it wasn't you! Just because he was an adulter doesn't mean he's a killer, you are correct. He looked guilty....or correction...he looked highly suspicious to me when he refused to do much in the way of aiding the investigators for these many months. His attorney makes him look even worse.
