T, I've read hundred's of tiger's posts and I really don't recall any that show any self awareness that anyone has ever made any correcting point. I have not witnessed anything that I would judge honest intelligence. There are grammatically correct groupings of words that show very little ability to connect the dots of how things in the world are interrelated. Your post dissected well one current example of what I just described. When I never see any self awareness of totally dumb logic, I just say stupid or vacant liberal mind and if I also see stupid logic consistently to disparage and discredit I do an asshole analysis. But a constant failure to answer or acknowledge by constantly shifting the focus of discussion means recognition and an asshole's is very likely afoot. tom watson tosiwmee

missed it I suppose this is the point you were trying to make. Arguing that the legal definition of the death of a human being's body one day prior to his birth and one day afterwards is determined by the act of him moving from one environment to another Legal rights often have an arbitrary deadline. One minute before your 18th birthday you can't do many things that you can legally do a moment later. It's important that the arbitrary event be definite enough to make the enforcement feasible. Birth is the most noticable, testable, and enforceable event in this context. TP
