If you would go back in the thread you might have noticed that I've already mentioned that in a much earlier post.

So instead of telling me something that I already know and have already stated, why not respond to:

In the case of US vs. Miller the violated "rights" of the second were directly put to the Court. Note specifically that the plaintiff cites the 2nd amendment.
