DigRatDung, This is really an open post to all ge_believers, no matter what name they use on this thread, and no matter what method you use trying to make suckers out of them and suck out of them replies created from rage and frustration towards your constant dangling posts like the one you just sent to ge_believer that contains very specific and very pointed and very direct information that if you could suck from anyone that was contained in the time period, and interacted with the dialogue, then yes you will have collected addendum'able material for what is contained in the side bring the suit against you. Yes, so lets say that you are successful in this sort of creating new material that will help your side, which is the you, in that at present the material pointed to by the other side is that which they feel describes your intent to damage whatever that side felt to be damaged by you, and this is from their view that what they present to judge/jury has nothing that can be used by you to flip it around and use it against them. ok, so you have selected two areas of display'able stuff. 1. Stuff showing your bad posts that done damage in their view. This is the easy stuff to undo. 2. Here its not so much stuff to undo or change, but really like a seed or a catalyst that can create new stuff or new stuff from different stuff. Stuff that you can use on your side to both defend yourself from attacks from the other side and also attack the other side with newly created stuff that just so happens to have received nutrients from those actually against you and supporting in spirit the other side engaged in the actual lawsuit. Piece of cake really, to do this. If you succeed then you can present a adjuration type responce showing that the lawsuit contains stuff that you have available to counter and nullify and render it useless to deliver just cause in enough degree to warrant the time of the courts to be spent. Piece of cake really, to do this, all you have to do is jump up and down and throw the Kitchen Sink at this thread knowing that pro-MYNG will respond.
