Occam's Razor?

Whatever....

I always thought the simplest way to explain complex financial maneuvering was via Occam's Razor. Tempered by Qui Bono.

That always results in the conclusion that a conspiracy generally is afoot. Cf. Denton & Morris: "The Money and the Power".

Your presentation of Col. Reardon's (sic) dissembling to me is utterly risible.
