Bear, isn't it true that Tony came to your rescue during the ADSP debacle when you shorted about 5,000 shares of the stock at an average price of about $14 only to watch it zoom to $54? As I recall, he called Bernie at Yamner and personally pledged that he would cover your deficit of $157,000 and asked that they not buy you in yet.

It is quite possible that had it not been for Tony's intervention, you would not now be trading at all. Rather, Yamner would have come after you in the courts even personally suing you for the deficit after buying you in.

Maaan, what is it about you doom and gloom guys? Generally no respect for others, just a "I'll do whatever the hell I want" attitude, even if it is totally out of place and imposing on someone elses turf. Are you a cop on the side?

Appreciate your taking it elsewhere, but if you are like the rest, either won't happen, or not without a fight. If you are not like the rest, we've seen the last post on the issue here.
