Dear Paul:

AMD doesn't need a 2MB cache at 900 MHz, they are already at 1200 MHz MP and they can share cache. Besides, if Intel takes as long to fix Xeon 900 MHz as they have in fixing P3-1.13, Intel will not have it out until H2-02. By then they will not be able to keep up to AMD's value uniprocessors, even putting them Xeons in 2 way platforms (even 4 way Xeons might not keep up to AMD high performance uniprocessors).
