I really didn't want you to spend any time editing the list. That wouldn't have had much purpose. The one question on Colorodo merely made the point obvious that you've offered 43 States Constitutions as proof of original intent of the Framers on the 2nd in a time when 30 of those States [or their States Constitutions] did not exist. That doesn't mean that the other 13 do, it just means in the first cut, 70% [30/43] of the proof you've offered is specious. jttmab
