Paul:

"If Intel dropped to $22, they would still be $1/share HIGHER than AMD is today !!"

But $8, below the $30 share value that you claim to be sitting on today!

"And if Intel DOES drop to $22, how will that help your precious AMD?"

Not only won't help AMD, but might send large chills thru the investment community once again...Perhaps, though, the "invisible hand" forces at play will be able to prop up INTC price, should INTC surprise negatively on Tuesday, and thereby mitigate general market fear levels, at least over the short term.

(With the financial erosion that has wiped out the capital gains reserve (which contributed about 1/3 of quarterly profits) at INTC over the past 2 years and with nothing suggesting these negative financial trends at INTC are about to reverse in the near term (and in fact, may be accelerating), it would certainly be restless night time for me were I holding INTC at $30)). Are you sleeping well apul with your $30 INTC shares?
