He has not arrived at that conclusion, Mr. "I don't pay attention to the media." He has CONTINUED with his original position that some REAL scientists and related experts should look at this BECAUSE IT WOULD BE THE FIRST TIME. And, if it passes that muster (which it won't), he will then develop wise policy (which Gore would have been incapable of).
