The question is what you do when you get back to that place. Do you examine
that belief, try to determine where it came from, and decide if it really is the
belief that you ought to hold? Do you consider the possibility of changing it?
Or do you pretend that it is some sort of revealed truth, and that anybody who
doesn't share it is evil?

You still don't get it.

If you're really back to the core belief, there's nothing to examine. It doesn't come from anywhere.

If you can examine it, you haven't gone back far enough. You need to look at the assumptions by which you're examining it.

If you're more serious about trying to get at the truth here than I think you are, then I'll go through it with you. Skip the generalities, get to the specifics.

Here's the question for you. Should women be treated as human beings? And if so, why?
