Do you labor under the illusion that Bush is pushing for a Reagan style build up? The proposed increases aren't a lot more the keeping up with inflation. If Bush increases spending each year of this term real spending will still be a lot less then it was under Reagan. I wish we could say that about some other large areas of federal government spending.
