Uh, all those can be looked upon as Original Intent-- don't even say that the State Constitutions did not look at Original Intent when they drafted their constitutions.
That is laughable...

What's laughable is that you STILL fail to understand that the only the United States Supreme Court has the authority to interpret the Constitution. The States do not. Whether or not the States considered original intent [of which you have not offered one iota of proof] is irrelevant. The Supreme Court determines intent of the Framers. Again, the States do not. Since the States are not a Constitutional Authority in interpreting the 2nd, any interpretation they may have had does not constitute any proof of original Intent.

I'll cut a deal with you. We'll offer the above statement to Gordon Langston on this thread for consideration. If he says I'm wrong, I'll accept that and state that I'm wrong. If he says that I'm correct than you accept that and state that you were wrong.

Edit: I'll accept a fuzzy answer, basically or generally right or wrong. I'm flexible. I have no problem saying I'm wrong. Let Gordon be the impartial judge [Gordon, you are impartial?]

Deal?
