OK,

I'm just doing a little woodwork (finnishing off my PC corner suite in 1 1/4 inch pine) and heating up the BBQ.

Not sure what I'm doing next week. Have some Gold/Silver miners (keeping those) some cash and some poots. May dump poots if I get spooked up about the oncoming rally.

I like reading every ones contributions

Market is toast longer term though.

just my view -g-

pearly.

Kymar,
You make an excellent point. I have been thinking of trading the Q's in addition to the penny stock game I have described in detail for much the very reservations you mention. The penny stock game is so very different than trading the index, sometimes I wonder what exactly is the point following the index when the penny stocks seem to follow the beat of a different drummer. Part of the reason is that I have been anticipating shifting my emphasis to playing the index game as well.
I have experimented with mentioning actual trades in the past, but I have been sensitive and aware of not desiring to be pumping my personal picks and be accused of spamming. I have been recently posting my actual trades on Dr. Bob Thread (not too many yet), as on that forum which appears to focus more on actual trading, it feels more appropriate. It is something I am easing into, still not entirely comfortable with posting trades. It has something to do with not wishing to be telling others what to do or influencing their own picks in that way.
If I say something like as you exampled "the techs look like they might be topping here.", then I have stated my opinion without arm-twisting, or attempting to tell anyone to go short. If any individuals are interested in my take based on past performance, then they certainly would know what to do with that information without me advising any particular trade.
Also, if memory serves, I believe LG asked that posters not use this forum to post trades.
I appreciate your view and thoughts, and have given the subject some past thought too based on prior posts from you.
Regards,
Eichler

KymarFye: This thread is not a repository for trading calls. I suggest you start your own thread...

What I'd *really* like to see is some of these gurus post ACTUAL TRADING RECORDS somewhere for all to see. It doesn't have to be in their primary account (that info would perhaps be too personal), but perhaps in a special account just for the purpose.

Comments?
